The terms Vibe Coding and Vibe Testing emerged in the IT world in the first half of 2025. We have the opinion that this Vibe idea is not the way to go. Instead, GenAI should be used to amplify experts in their work. That is why we introduce the terms Amplified Coding (Amp Coding), Amplified Testing (Amp Testing) and Amplified Quality Engineering (Amp QE). We trust this willinspire you to go beyond the vibe and amplify your work.
